I have been working at IBM full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Top IT company; very smart people; great benefits; competitive salaries
Cons – Travel; minimal bonus/raises from year-to-year
Advice to Senior Management – Promote people managers who actually want to be people managers; make an attempt to assist staff in finding work more local to where they live
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
