Pros

Good on resume learning technical skills

Cons

Management is inept. At least in the Gaithersburg, MD BCRS site. No raises. Pay cuts. Resource action to reduce workforce... then hiring for same job Months later. To me it looks like a way to get rid of higher paid skilled workers and replace with lower paid employees.

Advice to Management

Stop Lying to employees. Treat your employees better.

    Pros

Challenging work and very smart, articulate people. Lots of challenging projects and a wide variety of professional development and learning opportunities

    Cons

Depending on the nature of your project, you may find yourself working remotely by yourself a majority of the time. Don't join the firm thinking you'll have opportunities to do strategy work (most opportunities are SAP oriented).
