Pros

For a motivated employee, the sky is the limit and the opportunities are endless at IBM. You can work from anywhere in the world and IBM provides excellent work from home opportunities.

Cons

The only downside is the size of the organization. In other words, you'll be a small fish in an ocean! However, there are plenty of opportunities to make your way up the corporate ladder.

Advice to Senior Management

Management can do better planning. Even initial/incomplete plans should be conveyed to the employees at all levels. This will avoid employee resentment since they'll be prepared for what's coming.
