Good place for IT consulting profession

Managing Consultant (Former Employee) Shanghai, Shanghai (China)

ProsYou can have chances to join in larger project. IBM has quite good management methodology. The company is managed with mature processes. Generally good colleagues, welfare also ok.

ConsThe role are specifically separated. It's not so easy to shift from role to role. And rather the company tends to look for resources in the market first.
