Former Employee – worked at IBM as an intern for more than a year

Pros – Great overall learning experience as an intern, pay was competitive, friendly coworkers and management.

Cons – Not many options for buying lunch unless you want to go off site or bring your own. Sometimes it can seem as if you don't have time for anything but work, depending on the team you're on.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
