“great employer for my specific field (need to be lucky too)”
I have been working at IBM full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – flexibility of time and place of work
learn from great people in Masterclasses and work with industry thought leaders
possibility to specialize in several different areas
Cons – internal processes and approvals (but that stands for every big company I guess)
rigid career advancement process ans specialization silos
Advice to Senior Management – Bring more young people in, especially in Western Europe..
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
