“IBM Australia”
I have been working at IBM full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – working with IBM since 2009, very good Technology company, respected global firm ,great chances to work on large scale project,s smart people that you can learn from
Cons – Large organization which makes it hard for individuals to have their say and to be heard
Don’t really care about individuals, profit always comes first
relatively slow career progression
Advice to Senior Management – take care of your people , they are the most important asset
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
