Former Employee – worked at IBM full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – People, projects, transparent management, open to new ideas, highly structured, work life balance is awesome
Cons – a bit beureucratic coz of size, so things are slow. This might be frustrating. Also, not many young employees so might feel 'old'.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
