    Opportunity to learn different roles in sales, tech, mrktg, etc..

    it is a very good place. sometimes depending on the boss you have the experience may be different

    Sometimes upper management does not really know all personnel strenghts and rely on third person assesements as to their carrer, rather than their preference and habilities.

    Easy to get your own desire and engage in satisfying work.

    Cons

    To keep working at IBM is to complete your mental preparation. Because your personal time is nothing due to be hours on duty at customer's mercy.

    To sacrifice your short-term interests is needed for yonger staff.
