Great company, but a bit slow moving and lacking in innovation

ProsAmazing company, brilliant people, strong client position

ConsViewed as too old school, slow to innovate and move in digital channels

Advice to Senior ManagementFind ways to embed innovation into business models. Quarterly growth and acquisitions goals are great for building cash cows but there needs to be some innovations and entrepreneurialism to compete in brave new worlds of digital, social, mobile, and other areas of rapid growth and new technologies.

    solid job with poor benefits

    Pros: fair manager-employee relationship stable job very good training possibilities, company takes care of personal development… Cons: awful location of the office: no facilities around, no sufficient parking places, poor availability by public transportation, walking or getting there by bicycle is out… More
