Current Employee – been working at IBM full-time for more than a year

Pros – Plenty of job opportunites to avail of within the company. Not necessary to constantly stick to the same role.

Cons – Very difficult to progress upwards. If you're working in an area that isn't recognised then you won't be recognised. It seems the only solution is to find somewhere else to work.
