Pros

good to jumping project, work with nice people

Cons

really bad on managment, a lot of overtime

    Pros

    Work at your own comfort, Flexibility, Fun at work and pressure at work join with good work experience you can lead happy life

    Cons

    Salary, Hikes will not be as good as you expect most probably you can expect it to be around 10 percent

    Please recognize the skills of employee based on their work not based on how much experienced they are people who are skillful may not be experienced.
