    Very minimal or zero salary increase. Benefits are cut down recently

    Pros

    IBM is a great company to work with since they have a solid reputation for their brand at their client locations.IBM policies for employees are encouraging and they have a good work style.Having multi functional teams representing IBM, one can easily work with cross functional teams in achieving the overall objective of the assignment.As an individual,the brand name acts as a morale booster to work in their client locations personally

    Cons

    Team coordination with offshore teams has to be improved a lot and adapting to the client needs much faster using the company's experience needs major improvement in some areas of project management.Also the company should provide quality amenities at work place to keep their employees motivated to work create high quality products and services

    Allocate more funds to provide phones,desks,computer accessories to the employees deployed at client locations and implement methodologies to train managers to keep the team dedicated and focussed
