confusing, ever-changing, un-dynamic leadership ... crummy communication from on high, which impacts morale ... long hours, little fulfillment ... one of least satisfying work experiences
Advice to Senior Management
be candid and truthful to employees ... pick a direction and stick to it for more than a few months ...
