    Pros

    - IBM is an established company
    - It has a huge and beautiful infrastructure
    - International offices with options to work in a lot of countries
    - Great people

    Cons

    - Slow work effort, it takes too much time to get anything done
    - Too collaboration dependent; you get stuck waiting on someone else too often
    - The work structure seems a bit old and stubborn to change
    - Too many older employees working for a technology company leads to many problems
    - Business model is old fashioned and also stubborn to change

    Advice to Management

Continuously hire new graduates and keep moving them until they fit their role seamlessly. Don't manage a project, manage your team! They can handle managing the project, and in doing so will stay more connected and the work will get done faster. Meet someone new every day. You'll be surprised where you find the skill your looking for.
