I have been working at IBM full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Excellent salary, benefits and working conditions. All my co-workers are extremely professional and a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Some of the processes are a little old-fashioned, and I sometimes think they are not moving with the times in some areas.
