I worked at IBM full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

ISL has a great work atmosphere. Brilliant people to work with. Nice attitude and flexible work culture. Great place to work if one wants a balanced work life and doesn't want a lot of upheavals in the work place.

    Cons

Slow growth career wise. Need to wait for ones chances and its usually round robin.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue doing what is good. Try to change the things which dont work out.

I have been working at IBM full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great Learning Scope while working on various projects.
    Vast exposure to various technologies.
Great opportunities in developing your skill-set

    Cons

Salaries are not quite upto the mark as off the responsibilities are concerned you will find yourself underpaid compared to the enormous amount of responsibilities.
Higher management doesn't seem to treat you well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Should Treat employees in a better way and also look-up to timely increments in salaries and provide incentives/awards for recognition of talent.
