Pros

IBM is a very flexible place to work: you can often work from home, and the hours that you work can also be very flexible.

Cons

Working from home can leave you feeling isolated and out of touch with your peers; administrative requirements and career management tasks often seem rather pointless.

Advice to Senior Management

Cut out all of the precess-heavy career management tasks and focus on developing skills that will make us successful in the marketplace.
