I have been working at IBM full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The main pro is probably the work/life balance politics of the enterprise, which really helps me by allowing home office a couple times a week, since I live a little too far away from my office.
The benefits which the enterprise gives are also great, and so are the learning opportunities within it.

    Cons

The major cons probably are the salary, which isn't exactly the best ones on the market.. but are still in the average, and also the fact that it is a huge enterprise, which causes advances within its hierarchy to be slow.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Probably to invest more into keeping the workers satisfied and increasing their chances to remain at the enterprise, since I've several colleagues leave for better paying jobs.. even though the benefits wouldn't be as great.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
