Former Employee - Technical Specialist in Markham, ON (Canada)

    Pros

huge student community if you make the effort to be a part of it
depending on how your team works you can get lots of perks in terms of flex time WFH

    Cons

depending on your team you can be stuck in you cube the whole time without time to interact with other students and expand your skillset

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

encourage students to participate in personal development activities at IBM. If I knew that I would have as good of time working there full time as I did when I was a coop student I wouldnt hesitate to come back even though my position wasnt what I want to specialize in.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
