IBM – “Depends where you work in IBM for what experience you'll have and how good of time you'll have”

Pros

In my particular location, and it is definitely not the same throughout IBM, I am able to work on a great variance of projects. And If I need time off its not even questioned however that is because of the work I produce

Cons

The hours are long, there are very high expectations that are sometimes unrealistic and bonus's and definitely not on the high end and compensation is average.

Advice to Senior Management

Make sure, and take this to heart, to remember the people that work for YOU and their environment, NOT just the bottom line and not just the clients!
