I have been working at IBM

    Pros

IBM will pay higher than market average or match any salary as long as you have good experiences to back them up.

    Cons

There is no room for career development. There is way too much politics involved. The process to get promoted is not straight forward.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Money is not everything. Career development should be considered as the most important goal for the company. Develop a mentor program.
