Pros

You can change departments.
You can look for opportunities within the company.
Project manager is different from People manager.

Cons

Salary hike is very low.
you need to file patents as part of your yearly objectives and appraisals.
No team outings, no parties.

    im not in favor of the leaves being forfeited. but everything else is superb
