I worked at IBM as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Large team of students across the UK which was a great experience. Valued knowledge of working in a large enterprise organisation and great on the CV.

    Cons

Small fish in a big sea. Career road map seems tough as a graduate with lack of prospects unless you know the right people. I am sure the UK offices looked amazing in the 90s but now they are dated as is all of the equipment that employees use. Budgets are tight and even a 20mile travel expense is a nightmare to request unless you are in the right team (Sales).
