Former Employee - Technical Lead in Charlotte, NC

I worked at IBM full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

My coworkers were nice and helpful. The job was not too stressful. The facilities were pleasant and quiet.

    Cons

My projects were not interesting. The team suffers from knowledge siloing; W3 is large and difficult to navigate. Project managers were expected to maintain wikis to help management and teammates assess progress on projects, which was time-consuming.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Maintaining wikis is burdensome. New employees need better documentation to get started.
