    Pros

Best in the space we operate; run by values and ethics, flexible, innovation, thought leader, powered and backed up best research teams.

    Cons

I could only see pros and cannot honestly think of any cons.

I worked at IBM full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

IBM has some of the nicest work facilities of any tech company in Silicon Valley. Location of software development facilities is near the edge of town with plenty of residential housing so no need for a long commute to work.

    Cons

Pay and promotions are hard to come by after the first few years. Your once competitive entry-level compensation can quickly become non-competitive after just a few short years.
