    The people are excellent and the culture is generally positive

    Cons

    Too much "Management by spreadsheets" - not enough respect for the individual. This used to be one of our core values.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The company's greatest asset is supposed to be its people and their values, hence the proud statement "I'm an IBMer" - we should treat hem accordingly!
