Pros – career development opportunities, training opportunities available, level of professionalism across the organisation, flexible work options, employer of choice for women and people with disabilities

Cons – sometimes there are unrealistic expectations set on employees without their prior consultation.

in cases where remuneration is not in line with market rates it's close to impossible to achieve re-alignment

Advice to Senior Management – Remuneration policies that allow high-performing (2+) employees to be paid below market rates is basically a policy whereby IBM is providing world class training to their staff only to see them leave to work for competitors without seeing return on their investment
