No problem with working from home

Cons
5% - 15% of people now have to be rated as below average performers, whereas in the past it the % was a guideline only. So even if a person meets their objectives for the year they can still receive a poor rating.
Often have to work evenings and weekends to meet deadlines but there is no chance of receiving overtime.
Constant pressure to do more with less and offshoring of jobs also increases workload as people often to not have the necessary knowledge/experience to perforn their job, and there is also high turnover.
No feeling of job security due to constant need to reduce costs and offshoring.
Advice to Senior Management
Focus needs to change from how to do things cheaper and pursuing short-term gains to please Wall Street. Focus needs to be on improving processes and doing things better, and looking at savings over a longer timeframe.
