brand name recognition is hard to beat. resources of company are vast. compensation is just good enough to keep you around.
Cons
no concern with career development, only billable hours. promotion and pay potential are meager at best unless tied in with high-profile project.
Advice to Senior Management
focus on real solutions for clients. develop vested interest in developing employees internally and promoting from within. offer pay packages commensurate with experience.
