“A great place to work, but there are others that are better”
Current Employee – been working at IBM
Pros – The people, the opportunities, the flexiblility of work times and locations. Get to be involved in some exciting areas of the business
Cons – Bureacracy, globalization mean making even small decisions requires a cast of thousands !
Advice to Senior Management – try harder, and think of the employee for once not just the bottom line
