I worked at IBM full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Organization, infrastructure, benefits, "the biggest IT company of the world", products, place to make a career

    Cons

its size, immediacy (long-term plans/relationship sacrificed by short-term results), "meritocracy" distorced by momentum, lack of management capacitation

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Long-term relationship first, results after (natural consequence)
    - Management training (prepare staff to assume managerial positions)

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
