    Pros

Involved in all aspects of the IT industry.
    Still do some great research
Have a long history of success and some fantastically talented people... but that is waning

    Cons

Cost cutting and uncertainty over what the company stands for is really hurting. Conservatism is catching up as well and newer, progressive organisations are taking over as the business becomes lost in red tape and siloed business units.

There is a lot of middle management and not enough talented young staff being fostered through the company. Too many platitudes and too little action.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate your hard working talent, train them, know what you stand for or your best people will continue to leave despite the brand name.
