IBM – “Great place to work compaired to the competition”

Pros

IBM has great growth potential in career and salary. Strong technical teams to work with in a professional environment. Good management team who keep you informed with company practices and policy. Good medical benefits . A strong company respected by all major companies.

Cons

Maybe a little top heavy in management but not as bad as other companies.

The funny thing here is if you read most of the reviews from IBM and it's competitors they all seem to have the same disgruntled theme. It appears that most people who post their reviews are bitter employee's and will not change even if they moved to another company.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep up the communications with the employee's. Bring up productivity and improve stock growth.
