No training
Very disorganized management
Advice to Senior Management
My advice is to look for a job elsewhere. There is no future at IBM for anybody from North America. Upper management is so out of touch with the employees it creates an unbearable work environment. Avoid IBM it is not long for this world.

Now, if the employees and future employees would find the shilling posts here by Sam and Lou and the other trolls and apologists and management plants as funny as those who have been screwed and fired in 2009 find them, they would find work elsewhere.
Boycott IBM, future employees.
Form a union, current employees.
If you don't....well, you'll be here in a year, saying: "You Were Right, IBM DOES SUCK!!!".
