    Pros

Similar to many consulting companies, great exposure to interesting projects and client challenges across Europe. If you know how to drive your career and take initiatives, great place to be. Pushes people for their growth and contributions/supporting junior colleagues are much encouraged.

    Cons

Your present management could be either a blocker or an enabler. A lot of politics like in every consulting; performance measurement and promotions are subjective and takes a very narrow view. Managers and most employees are not empowered. Morale and energy low.
