Used to be the Name.

Cons

Very poor communication. Little training given to new people. No much snergy between inter departments.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have more communication between different level of people. Have a quaterly company status.
Technical managers do some analysis of data and communicate

    Pros

    can work from home on some assignments. Direct managers will work with you to get another position on the same contract

    Cons

    if you are technical there is no chance for advancement, only way to advance is if you are in management. In constant fear of losing you job, due to customer cutbacks or IBM cutbacks

    work with employees to develop in demand skills instead of searching outside the company for hot skills
