Balance the excellent execution and hard driving culture with more care for the individual. I know this is hard to do given the size and scope but improvements in this dimension will have positive impact on both employee morale and client morale.

    This is the technology company for computing. The research capability a the breadth of product offerings means you can address almost any customer problem

    Cons

    Difficult to move within the organization. Lots of processes that consume time and energy.
