If you want to work from home a lot and never advance your career. If you want to talk and discuss a lot but never see anything done.

Cons

Working with managers who are inherently backward in their way of thinking and engaging with their employees. Very difficult to reach senior management, thus they never really know what goes on at ground level.

Advice to Senior Management

Reduce the bottleneck of employees who stay where they are for 20 odd years or so and don't move...
