flexible timings are a plus, you might get some good work if you are in a good team. managers are little less nosy and less micromanagment.

low salary
non transparent work culture
no respect for the work that you do , high degree of bureaucracy . overall a poor work environment

you need to work harder on your over achievers , everybody should not be measured on the same scale. competency matters for the success of a company
