I worked at IBM full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

IBM was a great place for training and professional development. The managers were trained in their area of expertise and some had additional human resources training. Worldwide the talent pool was impressive and the work exciting.

    Cons

You can get lost in a place where nobody knows you. There were a few caring individuals but most people were busy staying on career track. The place is best for those starting not finishing a career.
