“Not the company it used to be, focus on stock price not people.”
Current Employee – been working at IBM
Pros – Technical breadth and global reach. Multiple divisions covering all aspects of IT; including Consulting, Services, Software and Hardware.
Cons – Appear to be off shoring everything they can, cheapest delivery point appears to be only consideration.
Advice to Senior Management – Your people are your greatest asset invest in them and return their loyalty.
