I have been working at IBM full-time

    Pros

Deal with complicated issues related to a company who has nexus in vast locations. Good experience based on the large pool of customers and the different types of services and software offerings to this groups. A good salary when ask for up front. Well based training services.

    Cons

IBM's commitment to higher earning per share is the number one goal. Slow to no job growth. Managers are not real decision makers. I believe the term "Throw people under the bus" was created by IBM.
