Advice to Senior Management
Continue to remove the roadblocks for the front line to client facing teams to act as one IBM. Build an organizational structure that promotes collaboration (reporting, measurements, compensation) and then set a high bar for the skills, social networks, behaviours that are critical for this success... need to be honest with the assessment of the current leaders.
