I have been working at IBM full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Exposure to a wide range of products, customers and projects. Talented people to work with. It is one of the big names you want to have on your resume at the early stage of your career.

Cons

Poor workforce management in terms of salary, promotion. More than 80% of band 6 and 7 are underpay.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make good use of talented people. It is much cheaper to keep a good employee than recruite a new one.
