I have been working at IBM for more than 3 years

Pros

IBM's old values still exist even though things are changing day to day. I am proud to be apart of this company and I happy I had the opportunity to work here.

Cons

I am not sure of any cons, with IBM I am working behind the scenes. I am sure there are some but I am not aware of any.

I have been working at IBM full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The main pro of working for IBM is flexibility of working from home. Many of the IBM positions are remote where employees can work from their home office. Also, IBM provides many opportunities for personal development. The learning at IBM site allows employees to take classes in any field.

    Cons

Compensation is fairly low. When accepting a job with IBM, be sure to have a negotiated salary that is high enough. Many smaller companies are bought by IBM so collaboration between teams is difficult. Also, the newly acquired companies create hardships while they are on boarded. Grooming of high quality talent doesn't happen

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Reward top performers better.
