worked third shift and the shift was quiet

NO formal training and not a positive enviroment

Need to properly train new hires and not with people that don't have people skills

    Flexible working hours and ability to work from home
    Good corporate culture

    Cons

    Old school
    Moving a lot of work to low cost locations such as India, China, and Brazil
    Lack of transperancy

    Collective wisdom of top management regarding market dynamics is usually spot on
    Professional and dedicated employee population
    Excellent early career education, experience and skills development
    High regard for personal ethics and living up to the commitments you make

    Cons

    As a company constantly in transition stress level can be high
    Financial considerations are the primary decision drivers
    Increasingly process-based... exceptions, regardless of how correct they may be, are disallowed
    Lower tolerance for risk impedes innovation

    Increase the ability to embrace and leverage risk to improve growth prospects
