I have been working at IBM

    Pros

Broad sprectrum of technologies and experience possibilities. Deep pockets. Beats recession. Great benefits. Telecommuting. Good work life balance opportunities. Global exposure

    Cons

Being this big a company inhibits your ability to be as nimble as you would typically see in a smaller company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The corporate culture and policies have largely been successful in moving a company this size to greater heights. With increased focus on telecommuting, we should not lose sight of in-person netowrking when considering cost factors.
