IBM – “Good work, good experience, poor pay”

Pros

The work is good and challenging. Management gives employees leeway to take initiate and make changes, however compensation sucks big time.

Cons

Compensation is poor and at least 20% lower than peers at the post-MBA level. This is a major problem and will cause a lot of people to leave.

Advice to Senior Management

Pay better or you will see the good people leave as you already are
