Pros

A very high calibre of colleagues, very interesting variety of work, very high calibre of clients. Lots of challenge and food for thought.

Cons

This is a small company, and although internal politics are reasonably minimised and well controlled, you need to pay attention to culture, fit of your face, and maintaining positive relationships.

    Pros

Variety of work, solid client relationships, strong diversity, team oriented, encouraged to grow business while managing projects, co-workers and staff support one another, professional and commited staff and management, long-tenured employees that have grown through the ranks (or returned).

    Cons

growth mode/busines development may impact work/life balance; fairly limited marketing of the firm and what we do for clients/important projects and causes ICF works on behalf of..

    Advice to Management

continue steady organic growth, focus on developing staff from within, continue to utilize feedback loop from staff and across groups/divisions, market firm/causes and clients we work for
