    Good salary for engineers undergrads, not so for BA undergrads. Very structured promotion system.

    Contract work from the government is unreliable

     - Encouraging and supportive management
     - No micromanagement whatsoever

    Cons

    - The MetLife Dental insurance is horrendous
     - The CVS Caremark pharmacy benefits
     - No training and development
